There are random pictures that always find their way into other sets that seem to go well together. This one was with my baby pictures. A year before I was born my parents (on the right) went to Paris and spent time with their friend Vincent (guy in a T-shirt with a graphic). I'm not sure who the lady in the picture is, but apparently the two guys were American and the whole group turned out pretty international. Vincent's shirt says "Perestroyka", dad's holding a bottle of vodka and wearing a fur hat. Looks like all the components of a good time.
